C.F. Olsen Homes takes a very unique approach to floor plans. All our floor plans are drawn in-house as you sit with our C.F. Olsen Homes design team. We utilize architectural design software called Softplan. By utilizing Softplan as our primary design tool, we have the flexibility to create complex, custom drawings with speed, accuracy, and ease. With Softplan, we create a fully detailed set of drawings on the spot. You can sit with our design team and design as we talk. If you can dream it, we can draw it.
