For every opportunity we pursue, we overlay a 5-10 min radius map on top of every project location to ensure that desirable amenities exist within a 5 or 10 minute walk. At Urban Alfandre we are more than just residential developers…we believe that authenticity is the key ingredient to what makes great livable neighborhoods…that human interaction is an important part of happiness and safety for our neighborhoods and we are passionate about living healthy, fulfilling, and active lives and feel strongly that neighborhood design is a leading factor to achieving this result.
