These custom homes can be found all over the Heber Valley. Lythgoe Construction is a family owned business that was founded in 1971 in beautiful Heber Valley. The founder, Hartley Lythgoe, was CEO of the company until the year 2000. His son, Scot Lythgoe, is currently CEO of Lythgoe Construction. Scot received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Construction Management. Coupled with his formal education, Scot received valuable training from his father by working alongside him for 25 years. Scot’s oldest son Kevin joined the business in 2013. Kevin is also a graduate in Construction Management from Southern Utah University. Ultimately, the success of Lythgoe Construction has come from client satisfaction…those who return to the company for their next project and who will recommend the company to others.
